Week 1
Setup
- Set up TikTok + Instagram with creator-niche bio
- Apply to TikTok Shop affiliate program
- Pick a niche (one that you actually use products in)
- Post 7 daily videos. They will be bad. Post anyway.
- Watch 30 top-performing videos in your niche, take notes
Week 2
Format
- Continue daily posting (now 14 videos in)
- Order 2-3 free Shop samples to make videos with
- Make 5 Shop videos with affiliate links
- Study which of your videos got the most retention
- Iterate on your hook style based on the data
Week 3
Pitching
- Continue daily posting (21 videos in)
- Pick 10 brands you'd genuinely use
- Send a cold pitch DM or email to all 10
- Make 3 spec videos for brands without payment, post them
- Tag the brands. Some will reach out.
Week 4
Money
- First Shop commissions are landing
- First brand interest from cold pitches
- Lock in your first paid deal at $150-$500
- Continue daily posting (you're at 28+ videos)
- Review what's working. Cut what isn't.
